LearnCrux

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what LearnCrux collects, what it does not require, and how basic site measurement may be used to keep the library fast, useful, and safe.

Effective date: March 17, 2026

Overview

LearnCrux is a free educational website. You can browse lessons, worksheets, quizzes, teaching guides, standards pages, and glossary entries without creating an account.

Because LearnCrux is a public website, some technical data may still be processed automatically by hosting, security, and analytics tools. This policy is meant to describe that clearly and in plain language.

Information LearnCrux May Collect

  • Basic usage data: page views, navigation patterns, referring pages, device type, browser type, and approximate location at the city or region level.
  • Technical request data: IP address, timestamps, and security logs that may be handled by hosting or CDN providers to keep the site available and protected.
  • Measurement data: analytics or tag-management tools may collect aggregate traffic information to understand which pages are useful and where navigation needs improvement.

What LearnCrux Does Not Require

  • No student accounts or child profiles are required to browse the library.
  • No payment information is collected because the public library is free to use.
  • No homework uploads, direct messaging, or classroom roster tools are built into the site at this time.

Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies

LearnCrux may use a small amount of browser storage for site functionality, such as remembering a theme preference. When analytics is enabled, measurement tools may also place cookies or use similar browser technologies to understand traffic patterns.

LearnCrux does not use advertising scripts on the site. If you block cookies or use privacy tools, some measurement may be reduced or unavailable, but the core educational content should still remain accessible.

Third-Party Services

LearnCrux may rely on third-party services for hosting, delivery, security, fonts, and analytics. Those providers process data according to their own terms and privacy notices. Examples can include a hosting/CDN platform, Google Fonts, and analytics tools configured by the site operator.

Children's Privacy

LearnCrux is designed for families, teachers, and students, but it is not built around student accounts or direct collection of child profile information. If a parent, guardian, or educator believes personal information was shared with the site in error, that concern should be reviewed promptly through hello@learncrux.com.

Your Choices

  • You can control cookies and site data through your browser settings.
  • You can use privacy tools or browser extensions to limit analytics scripts.
  • You can leave the site at any time without creating an account.

Policy Updates

LearnCrux may revise this policy as the site grows, adds features, or changes its measurement tools. The effective date at the top of this page shows the most recent update.
